Hi,

if you look up my Wholistic Approach (WHOA!) you will find some info. Aloe vera is very good for gut inflammation and externally for skin problems. I used it when I had a stomach ulcer and it speeded up my recovery I think.

But please don't look for miracle cures as I'm afraid each measure you take is only likely to make a small difference: that's why we need to use a variety of strategies as each may make a small difference but added together it can impact positively on your quality of life.

Regards,

DocSarah

Hi Doc,

My Gp doc recently put me on Co-enzyme Q-10. He didn't really tell me why, he had his nurses call me at home and told me to start taking this. Do you know why he thought this would benefit my pain level?

Hugs,
Becky

Co-enzyme Q is a good supplement (anti-oxidant) but there isn't any firm evidence I know of that it relieves pain as such. it may however boost your general health a little.
