I would like to know if anyone has been fitted with a pain pump?
And what are the results on the pain level with it?
My neurosurgeon suggested this implant, but I`m not convinced that it will work for me as I`ve had a dorsal nerve stimulator implant last year with total rejection. The implant had to be removed in an emergency op., and I`m not looking forward to a repeat of that!
I`m so desperate for any relief of this pain, and I`m scared that I`ll make a wrong desicion!
My other fear is that I`ll have a Porphyria reaction to the constant level of medication, and that is a situation that I don`t even want to THINK about.
Please help me!
