What in the world is going on with me? I have this weird sensation, the best I can describe it is that something is turning off all the power in my legs!!! Almost like a tap, turning off the water flow!!!
It starts with amore than usual pain in my lower back, and then the numbness sets in. I cannot move my legs, and if I try to walk, it is as if I don`t have any legs!
Quite frightening!
Any answers, please?
Oh, I was diagnosed with AA a long time ago.

Dear Catlover
I have experienced the sensation of complete paralysis in my legs which lasts for a short period of time. The feeling always comes back. Like you it starts with pain elsewhere, often crushing and very frightening.
I cannot offer any explanation though!
Best wishes Helen

I have an answer to my problems. Not a good one, but it sounds correct! I had a scope done on my right hip last year, and I saw the ortho. yesterday. Apparantly both my hips are in a terrible state (his words) and I will need a replacement on both hips within the next year or two. That is what is causing the weird feelings I have, the loss of mobility, lower back pain, everything.
When will this ever end? My body is giving up on me and I still have so much to live for!!!
I won`t let this slow me down, I will fight this with everything I have!
Keep well,
Elizabeth
