TENSION headache:

Pain usually felt in the back of the head and neck, usually not one-sided

Pain that lasts for weeks/months with only brief periods of relief, but may fluctuate in severity.

Attacks can begin at any time of day

Pain often described as a "tight band", pressing (rarely throbbing)
