This condition is seen in some diabetic patients, but I have also come across a few cases in arachnoiditis patients.

The principal features of this condition include:

        nausea after meals
        

         vomiting:

        especially undigested food in the middle of the night/before breakfast;

        vomiting food eaten more than 4 hours previously
       

        bloating
       

        feeling full after only a few mouthfuls
       

        loss of appetite
